- Answer Yes without a doubt, it is on the smaller side so be prepared for a tiny screen but if you only need it for homework it will be sufficient.

- Answer Yes, you can download Scrivener, but I would suggest not using other programs, or at least not keep them open for long, while using Scrivener.

- Answer This Ideapad has one USB port, so if you printer is without Wi-Fi, you should be able to connect it. Ours connected to the wifi printer easily, so we were able to print from it.

QuestionLenovo 110s is painfully slow. it says low memory but its brand new. it has a slot for a micro sd card, what is the acceptable amount of memory that can be added ?

- Answer Actually you can use a microsd card to create a D drive where you can then install almost all windows 10 compatible programs. You have to set it up correctly by creating a folder for the programs to do into but that's extremely easy to do. You are always going to have to watch the C drive to make sure it isn't getting too full and that's not easy with only 32gbs (some of which is already taken up by the OS) but the D drive will help to at least not make the situation worse.

- Answer Yes, it is compatible but it will not hold more than 10 fonts from dafont.com and only a few images...about to return it!

- Answer I doubt it. To do video editing you need larger hard drive and faster CPU. The Ideapad was not intended for that. Lenovo makes larger machines capable of such tasks.

QuestionCan anyone tell me what type/size charger come with this laptop? We JUST bought it two weeks ago and cannot find the charger anywhere. We are having the hardest time finding one small enough to fit this!

- Answer The charger was the same as the one that came with my Lenovo Yoga 710 so that's the one I ended up using. It seems like they may have the same charger across the board. Either contact the company at Lenovo.com or ask when the Lenovo Rep will be in the store closest to where you live. Hope this helps at least a little bit. Good luck.

- Answer It should work fine if program runs on windows... This is a small laptop around 11" diagonally.

- Answer Yes, it recognizes 2-finger scrolling and other 3- and 4-finger gestures, if enabled in the mouse/touchpad settings. I wanted to know this, too, so yesterday I went to my local Bestbuy store and tested it myself. The previous model 100s 11" did not allow any scrolling on the touchpad, so this is a nice improvement.

- Answer No. Not nearly enough CPU power, memory, or Drive space you need. A virtual machine will work (barely) at 4GB memory, work ok at 8, and really should have 16 to play with. You're running 2 operating systems at once and each one needs enough memory to work. Think I5 plus with minimum 8GB or you'll drive yourself nuts waiting for things to get done. I have a couple virtual machines and memory is what makes them tick smoothly.
