“New laptop, switched out of S mode successfully, downloaded chrome successfully but when I'm surfing the internet, with chrome or edge it runs very slow. Any reason why it's doing this? My internet connection is fine. My old laptop runs faster than this.”

• There should be no slowdown when you switch out of S-Mode.
