This model ships with 4GB RAM soldered to the motherboard and another 4GB RAM within the one RAM memory slot within this configuration. Your certified technician can replace the existing 4GB RAM stick with an 8GB DDR4-266MHz RAM stick for a maximum supported system RAM total of 12G DDR4-266MHz RAM. We recommend you consult your certified technician about your upgrade options, including storage upgrade options.
