- Answer You won't be able to play the forest or stranded on this laptop without it being very laggy. You can play Minecraft and similar games to it however.

- Answer With a Chromebook you can ONLY download apps from the google Play store. It's more like a tablet than a laptop in that respect. You can't download Microsoft Word or Screenwriting software or any additional programs you want to run. Not sure how much hardware storage is available for downloading music/movies/games either. It's meant for things to be done online but not stored.

- Answer This laptop has a touchscreen, but it is not a 2 in 1 machine. So it can not be folded 360 deg to act like a tablet.

QuestionHow does one get to the memory slot inside the laptop to add a 8GB stick of RAM? Does one have to remove the entire bottom plate of the laptop? Or, is there a small plate that is easily removed that gives the user direct access to the memory slot?

- Answer I found a youtube video as walkthrough - took me a while to find one and rules prohibit adding a link, but search it and you'll find one or more. But basically, remove the bottom, disconnect the power, there's a metallic panel covering the space for additional RAM. Pull it off, add the RAM, reconnect the power, replace the panel(s) and you're done. VERY very simple

- Answer Although this laptop meets the minimum requirements to run Sims 4, it will struggle to run the program. The main issue is that the Core i3 processor in this laptop is not powerful enough to deal with the program well. The recommendation is to have a machine with a Core i5 processor.

- Answer I would suggest considering the program Lightroom. This laptop meets the minimum hardware requirements for this program. This laptop does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for the more demanding program Photoshop. For that you would need a laptop with a Core i5 processor.

- Answer This laptop meets the minimum hardware requirements to handle the program Lightroom. I am afraid the demands of the program Photoshop will be too much for it. For that you would need a computer with at least a Core i5 processor, and 16GB of RAM.

- Answer My sister has little tech skills, and she had no difficulty setting this laptop up. You should be fine. Just be sure to have your wifi id and password ready, as well as your Microsoft account id and password.
