• Very easy, 10 bolts and your n....mind the 4 4 smaller bolts go in the front, dont mixed them up. Use a sharp object to pry open the back...thats it. I added Ram and as SSD in 10 minutes. If you need further help watch how is done in YouTube..

• Very easy. I put in 16MB. Took all of 10 minutes. Take out 10 screws and split the back cover. Manufacturer says not upgradable but easy to do. Made all the difference in speed. Crucial 16GB Single DDR4 2400 MT/s (PC4-19200) DR x8 SODIMM 260-Pin Memory - CT16G4SFD824A
