Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. Facetime is an iOS product. It is not compatible with either Windows 10 S-Mode or Windows 10 Home. Windows uses Skype and other Windows compatible video call APPs. You can use any Windows 10 compatible printer with the IdeaPad S145-15. Check with your printer manufacturer for Windows 10 compatibility and pairing instructions for a new Windows 10 computer. The Lenovo IdeaPad S145-15 is a mid-level, moderate use configuration, with its AMD A6-9225 processor. This Dual-Core processor has a base speed of 2.6GHz and a boost speed of up to 3.0GHz. This configuration has 4GB of RAM. It is good with Microsoft Office type programs, internet browsing and other moderate work.

    • Answer Very easy, 10 bolts and your n....mind the 4 4 smaller bolts go in the front, dont mixed them up. Use a sharp object to pry open the back...thats it. I added Ram and as SSD in 10 minutes. If you need further help watch how is done in YouTube..

    • Answer This entry level model has stereo 1.5W speakers that are down facing on the front beveled edge of the computer. The speakers do not lay flat on the surface the computer is sitting on due to the beveled edge.

The maximum RAM this configuration can support is 8GB, so your certified technician can remove the 4GB stick and replace it with an 8GB stick. We recommend you consult your certified technician for your upgrade options.
