• YouTube is compatible with Windows 10. Whether you can access the YouTube site will depend on the requirements that site has for access. Check with YouTube for your sign in requirements.

• So long as you are not in China where both Google and Youtube are blocked on the internet, you can access Youtube in the US. Unless you will be watching mature content for adults, you do not need to login to Youtube in order to watch videos.
