Does it have an external hard disk and ram slot? null

2 slots inside for ram. Comes stock with x16 slower ram just upgrade both sticks with x8 for a good performance boost and can support up to 64gb even though officially they say 32gb. Not sure what you mean by external hard disk but you can sure use a usb hard drive otherwise if you mean inside yes there is an open m.2 ssd slot you can add another ssd if you need more internal space.
