Had the same issues when I upgraded to 16gb of corsair ram. After weeks of research, I figured out you could get the 3200 speed using the AMD Ryzen Master software. Changed my memory clock speed to 1600, coupled mode ON. Doing this gave me my 3200 speed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am having the same issue. Problem seems to be that the motherboard is a Proprietary Lenovo 3716 with an AMD B550 chipset that does NOT support XMP. I bought a few types of RAM upgrades but each time it defaults down to 2133Mhz instead of the advertised 3200Mhz and there is no option in the Lenovo BIOS to change that. I called Lenovo support to see if they can recommend any specific brand/model number of RAM that would run at 3200Mhz out of the box and they were unable to help me and kept telling me to return the unit which does not solve the problem. The 8GB of SK Hynix RAM that came with the computer runs at 3200Mhz just fine. I just need a 16GB or 32GB equivalent that runs ar 3200Mhz. Let me know if you were able to find something that works.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need to look for RAM that runs at 1.2V. All 1.35V RAM will not run at 3200MHz on this PC. TeamGroup is selling RAM kit that works wonderfully with this PC. Search for 3200 MHz 1.2V kit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Although I know nothing about your computer, the normal way to get the ram to run at it's rated speed isn't that difficult. Enter your bios and enable xmp to profile 1. This will set the ram to it's rated speed and not overclock it. You can check the ram speed by opening the "task manager" and clicking on the performance tab. Hopefully you have at least 2 matching sticks as it usually defaults to the slowest one. Good luck!
