• Ryzen 5 3600 actually slightly outperforms the base model I-7 10700. The Ryzen 5 rates at 17,864 as the I-7 rates at 17,521 based on calculations per second https://www.cpubenchmark.net/high_end_cpus.html The Ryzen 5 currently is ranked #1 for price per performance. You get the most performance for your money with the Ryzen 3600, it is about 100$ cheaper and is slightly better than the basic I-7. The Ryzen will also support NVME 4.0 which is twice as fast as 3.0, but this is a 3.0 motherboard so it's not really relevant currently unless you're building a custom computer.
