“Bought this and picked it up today. Out of the box it wouldn't power up. I was told they are sending a new power supply and a tech out to fix it since I know it's a pain in the butt to get one right now. Any ideas how to get it to work?”

So I had the same problem, power supply was bad. I returned it and ordered a replacement got it two days later and it works just fine. So quality control is bad on the power supply… Just return it let them fix it…
