• A:Answer Hey Nick, If you're talking about tiers of GPU, the highest offered for the Legion T5i is the RTX 5070, but upgrading to this GPU may warrant upgrading the PSU, as offerings with a 5070 have an 850W PSU. Q: QuestionMotherboard has 3 SSD slots All 3 are M2.0 2280. SSD1 is a PCIe 5.0 slot. SSD2 is a PCIe 4.0 , with 1 Tb SSD, installed. Slot SSD3 is a PCIe 4.0. How large a SSD will SSD1 5.0 slot accommodate ? I am considering a 4 Tb 5.0 SSD Will it cause problems?

• A:Answer Hey Hayboo, We're sorry to hear that this is the case. There are a number of reasons for this behavior when gaming on gaming desktops, but the most common are overheating (CPU/GPU), and GPU driver or hardware issue. To iron out the later, we recommend searching for the latest drivers via Legion Space on your husband's PC or you can go to NVIDIA's site directly. After updating the graphics drivers, if the issue persists, please monitor if the issue only happens when gaming. If this is the case, to rule out overheating, we recommend monitoring CPU and GPU temps and if either get at or above 90 degrees Celsius when gaming before the shutdown, this may be the root of the issue. If the system's overheating, check each fan to ensure it's running when the PC is on. We hope that this initial bunch of information helps, and please let us know if you need further assistance.

Q: QuestionWhy does the pc not start up when I press the power button until I unplug it, hold power button for 30-60 sec, and plug it back in then it starts. I had to do this everytime to start it up and I only had it for 1 day, its very frustrating.

Is your computer still at a black screen despite being powered on? If so, please try the following immediate troubleshooting steps: 1. Hard Power Cycle: Unplug the power cable, hold the power button for 30 to 60 seconds, plug it back in, and turn it on. 2. Graphics Driver Reset: Press Windows Key + Ctrl + Shift + B simultaneously.
