Is it Windows 10 & is their a Windows disc with it? null

Did not come with a installation disk but the files can be downloaded from Microsoft's website for the current install of Windows 10. The system did come with Windows 10 installed version 1703 and I was able to update to 1709 after the windows updates ran on it.

Yes, this refurbished system will come with Windows 10 preinstalled, according to the web page about this product. No, there will be no recovery discs. You will need to create your own recovery media ASAP after initial activation of Windows 10.
