Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are having problems setting up the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges. There can be system bug in the older Apple IOS. Please make sure you are running IOS 11.1 or a later version. Sometimes when using an older IOS the wait time for the connection to the Lightsaber controler can take 30 seconds or more. It is very important when setting up the system for the first time to use the "app" that is provided to guide you through the entire set up process. This insures that the whole system: headset, phone, tracking beacon and Lightsaber controller, will be synced correctly. If this does not work please contact our support team for a detailed troubleshooting guidance @ support.lenovo.com/jedichallenges
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a similar issue. Made sure GPS location was turned on all the time. Had another app that was interfering, so I deleted it and was able to synch after that. App was the Bud Light touchdown glasses which must use the same frequency..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need to press either of the two buttons on the lightsaber while syncing. Unfortunately, this is not indicated anywhere in the tiny book of instructions. If you have trouble doing this, search for a video online of unboxing the game it will take you through setup step by step.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My son has a Samsung and it worked perfectly. Maybe his phone doesn’t have enough storage? Can you delete some apps?
