• I often use the voice to text feature, I don't know if that's what you're talking about but, it is an Android tablet and it has the same features of an Android phone

• I did experiment with "OK Google" on this unit, and it did function. I do not know the depth of the quality of its V-R tech. internally. I did not research all possible settings and software options.
