Don't think so, looked new to me and is working very well, after all it's a lenovo. I am quite happy with my purchase.

I purchased a refurbished one, so it was used by someone before. Now I discovered the Bluetooth funding does not work and it does not allow me to add new printer even though I connect the printer directly to the laptop using a ethernet cable.

We recommend you check with Best Buy about specific details concerning this refurbished model.
