- Answer Windows is pre-installed but I recommend buying an additional M.2 SSD and clone the OS to that drive and it will run faster than it already does.

- Answer All work must be done by a Certified Technician or the warranty may be voided. There are two slots on this system. Both have 4GB sticks in them with this configuration. Maximum RAM for this system is 16GB.

- Answer I would make sure there are no settings in the game for the mouse or touchpad that can be adjusted to solve your problem. If you don't see settings in game, I would check either the settings for mouse/trackpad in windows, or any custom drivers that may be installed for the Touchpad (Elan, Synaptics, ALPS)
