It has a Core i3 CPU so, it can handle some games. But if you plan to play a highly intensive CPU game, this Laptop it's probably not for you. For the rest of your tasks, it will have no problem at all.

For most purposes, this is an excellent laptop. When you mention movies, etc. I'd suggest a faster device for streaming.
