• It comes with Windows 8.1. You can configure any language you want. You just have to download it. That's a Windows 8.1 feature, it really doesn't matter which PC or laptop it is running on.

• Windows support lots of language. I'll double check the list to see if you preferred language is included. If its a national language chances are its included.
