“Where is the bluetooth toggle? There is no Bluetooth setting in Quick Settings, there is no Pencil in Quick Settings to add Bluetooth, and there is no Bluetooth Toggle in Settings>Bluetooth & Devices. How do I turn Bluetooth on and off?”

Tool bar. press mic icon. toggle on or off. OR use settings.
