This system should not become "too hot to handle". If the system is working hard, it will become warm but it should not become uncomfortable to hold or have on your lap. If your system is becoming "too hot to handle", we recommend you take it in and have the Geek Squad run a diagnostic on it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.if you mean the Lenovo yoga 700 no. i haven't experienced that problem. so far mine if performing just perfectly. if it is over heating you may need to watch out where you set it. like i wouldn't set if on a cloth surface or in a hot area like outside or near your kitchen. you may need to use the warranty and get another one or something. i did notice that mine will become a little warm when plugged in but it isn't hot by any means. try putting your comp in battery saver mode when not plugged up and see if that helps.
