No- it absolutely does *NOT* have backlit keyboard. Another example of incorrect product description by Best Buy. Bought this laptop exclusively for the backlight, which it does not have. Other global SKU's do, this one does *NOT*.

Please try again later.NO it does not have a backlit keyboard. i returned mine and the geek squad representative called the website people to tell them to remove backlit from the online description. none of the yoga 700 11 inch models have a backlit keyboard. Try the yoga 900 13 inch or the 700 14 inch instead.

In a youtube review of a yoga 700 14-inch configuration, he shows its backlit keyboard, and the keys look different than these; the backlit ones look as if they were white on the bottom and black on the top like a mini-sandwich, and these look completely different (and also less thick). He demonstrates that in that model, the code to turn on the backlit keys is: FUNCTION-SPACEBAR [Fn]-[Space]
