Do an internet search on Yoga 700 Phantom touches and you find an answer in the Lenovo forums. This is a problem with the LG DISPLAY and there is an easy fix you can download. I had this problem and fixed it myself!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This sounds like a driver update issue. If you follow the link below to Lenovo.com support-drivers you can search for driver updates for mouse and keyboard for your specific system. Be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes or download new software: http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/products/Laptops-and-netbooks/Yoga-Series/yoga-700-14isk/80QD/003YUS?linkTrack=Caps%253ABody_SearchProduct&tabName=downloads&beta=false
