- Answer Gage, no you cannot add a second hard drive, or even swap them out. That is something I spoke to a few sales reps about before purchasing. I do love the solid state drive in this laptop, all of my apps open in a flash, the second I click something to open it, it is immediately opened and loaded. Super fast, Great Laptop!

- Answer A certified technician, like the Geek Squad, could replace the existing SSD with a larger capacity compatible SSD. You will need to check with the Geek Squad for the fees involved.

QuestionI heard many negative reviews about the fan sound of this model. In fact my friend had two of these and both had noisy fan, even when CPU is idle and he had to use some third party software to turn off fan. Anybody facing similar issues. Thanks.

- Answer I've also read reviews that suggesting that the fan is loud. I have pretty good hearing and can't hear my fan at all. I have no complaints about sound at all! Mostly very pleased with this model which I use everyday!

- Answer If your streaming video and the quality is bad then it's your WiFi. Might need to update your router or get a stronger singal from your ISP. Ifou have a picture and it's blurry and it's a download then it may be the screen or screen resolution settings.

QuestionWhat can I do if my Lenovo Yoga 710 does not start… at all. The on button has been temperamental for a long time, but it finally stopped turning the laptop on. The light turns on for a second and then goes off again.

- Answer The problem you describe may be a software/operating system error. This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the left side of the device, right near the headphone jack on the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files. If the problem persists after the factory reset, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

We recommend you check with the game's software publisher web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.
