• This model does not ship with an active pen, the pen is optional. The device is compatible with active/digital pens.

• Mine did not come with the active pen either. Why would the manufacturer put an empty pen box in the packaging, and further more, why would they show it as an included item on the paperwork?! Very disappointed!

• Yes, why shipped an empty box for the pen. The packaging guy should be fired just for this.
