No. You will damage your laptop with any adapter that is not made for your model. Lenovo does not appear to have a travel adapter, The battery runs out in about 4 hours on power saving mode. If you want something that will be good for travel I recommend a tablet. The Lenovo Yoga is really just a laptop with touch screen. It is useless, in my opinion, as a tablet. It claims to be one but the screen, even with a stylist does not respond well in tablet mode. (I believe this is more the OS than the tablet).
