QuestionDid anyone use the Alexa feature in this laptop??? I can't seem to figure how to set up the Alexa Google account to make that work. It'll help if anyone can provide me a link or a guide to it.

QuestionDoes this computer operate quietly? Yoga 720 had loud fan issues? How is 730?

- Answer This is a high performance system with its Quad-Core/Eight-Thread Intel Core i5-8250U processor, 8GB of RAM and a 256GB solid state hard drive. It will generate heat whenever it is turned on, even at idle, this is normal. The onboard fan will maintain the proper operating temperature for the device. You will hear the fan whenever it runs, this too is normal.

QuestionDid anyone notice that the hinge on this model is very loose and can be blown down if not at 90 degrees? Is this a defect or just normal for this laptop?

- Answer The hinge on the Lenovo Yoga 730-15 should allow you to position the screen anywhere along the 360-degree range of the hinges and hold that position.

QuestionDoes anyone have a problem with the fingerprint??? It seems to be working on and off. I've deleted and set it up several times but not consistent, works a couple of time and the doesn't again. Any idea how to fix it ???

- Answer I have this same problem. Interestingly though, I did not have this problem with my first Yoga 730. The fingerprint scanner worked perfectly. But it had a different defect so I returned it under warranty. The one Best Buy replaced it with is the one with the inconsistent fingerprint reader. I have cleared my fingerprint and set it up multiple times (as the instructions describe) and it is always inconsistent.
