If it was sold as part of the original machine, it becomes OEM software, just like the OS, so cannot be transferred. On the another hand, if you bought it separately, you can just install the software on the new machine and uninstall it from the new, and you should be fine. Also, if it is one of the newer subscription versions, the type of subscription governs how you can use it, and you might even be able to install it in more than machine at the same time.
