• No. There is no onboard ethernet port. You can use a USB to ethernet adapter to connect this computer to a ethernet cable. Be sure you choose a Gigabit-speed adapter for maximum speed. The Yoga C740-15 does have the fast, 5G, 2x2 802.11AC frequency WiFi. When used with an AC-compatable router, 802.11ac is capable of 1300 megabits per second (Mbps) which is the equivalent of 162.5 megabytes per second (MBps).

• No, it does not have a wired internet connection. I purchase a USB-C adapter to get SD card and video outputs. I wish it had these two features. I think that there should be at least a SD/MicroSD slot.
