This Lenovo Yoga C740 15 Laptop, model number 81TD0078US, ships with 2x USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 (support data transfer, Power Delivery and DisplayPort) ports with video out capability to external monitors and supports up to 3 independent displays via native display and 2 external monitors; supports external monitors via USB-C (up to 3840x2160@60Hz). If your new monitor has a compatible USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 connection port for a video in signal, just plug in your Yoga C740 15 with a compatible USB-c video capable cable and you are Plug and Play ready.
