You can do a recovery on it and take it back to brand new out of the box. As with computers, tablets also have a recovery. You need to press the power button and the volume down at the same time. Hold it down until it boots back up. If that doesn't work try the power button and volume up. All manufacturers set them up differently but most generally it's the power button and volume down.
