- Answer Please try pressing and holding the crescent moon (Sleep Mode) icon for 5-8 seconds. This will turn the "check filter" notification light off and reset the timer.

- Answer From what the website and app says, yes. They have either a subscription based one where you will revive a new filter every time the machine says it needs it or the ability to buy individual ones

QuestionWe have mold in our kitchen behind our dishwasher. It hasn’t been tested yet but all of us are having mold exposure symptoms. Will this help reduce or get rid of mold spores?

- Answer Perhaps to some degree the unit would capture and reduce some airborne bacteria however, for your specific situation I would suggest having a professional extractor come in and remove the mold and also determine the source of the mold prevent future episodes.
