NeoChef™ Countertop Microwave with Smart Inverter and Sensor Cooking, Model # MSER1590S for proper ventilation. All air vents should be kept clear during cooking. If air vents are covered during oven operation the oven may overheat. To prevent damage to the oven, a sensitive safety device detects overheating and automatically turns the oven off. The oven cannot be used until it has cooled sufficiently. Do not place the microwave oven above a gas or electric range oven...^Ivan.

  • QuestionBottom of paper plate was wet with condensation as well as the whole inside of microwave and steam/smoke was coming out. Is this normal?

  • QuestionWe bought this Microwave on August 31, 2024, It just stopped heating. Everything appears normal -- the Control Panel works, the turntable spins, the light works but it does not heat. I have reset. What else can we do?

NeoChef™ Countertop Microwave with Smart Inverter and Sensor Cooking, Model # MSER1590S, but is not heating, the problem may be the magnetron in the unit that generates the heat for the microwave. It’s recommended that a professional replace a faulty magnetron due to the dangerous nature of high-voltage repairs. Your microwave oven has a Manufacturer's Limited Warranty of One (1) year for Parts and Labor from the date of purchase and the magnetron has a ten (10) year warranty so you are still under warranty...^Ivan.
