• Cord was short. Also was on right side facing you. I had to buy an extension. Product was not on display in store.

• The chord comes out of the right hand side of the a/c and isn't very long (3 or 4 feet). I had to purchase an extender to connect it to my 220 outlet - which was not easy to find.
