We regret to read about the issues that you are experiencing with your LG 320W 2.1ch Sound Bar with Wireless Subwoofer and Bluetooth® Connectivity, Model # SH5B and apologize for any inconvenience. When the green LED blinks rapidly it is indicating that the Sub Woofer is attempting to make a connection, but since your main unit is not turning on, it will not be able to make the connection. Depending on the location of the outlets that you are using for the main unit and for the sub woofer, if they are on separate circuits, you may want to check your circuit breaker to see if it might have tripped. Try plugging the main unit into the outlet that your sub woofer is plugged into since that appears to be working and see if your main unit turns on. If the main unit is still not turning on, then it will need a repair service and you can either contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 and they will assist you scheduling a repair service, or you can visit us at https://www.lg.com/us/support/repair-service/find-repair-provider and use the locator to find an LG Authorized Repair Service Center near you...^IFV
