- Answer The drain hose is preattached to the washer. The hose you may have to buy are the inlets, i.e. the ones that connect to your spigots. Hope this helps.

The LG WM1388HW compact front load washer is equipped with an internal heater, allowing it to heat water to various temperatures. The machine offers five wash/rinse temperature selections: Extra Hot, Hot, Warm, Cold, and Tap Cold (all cold rinses). The washer can reach temperatures of up to 149 degrees Fahrenheit. QuestionIs it normal for this machine to shake or vibrate during spin cycles? I inherited this machine through a home purchase and it shakes the floor. Based on other comments it appears others have the same issue.

- Answer I do not see that recommendation in the owner's manual. Total height of the hose end should not exceed 96 inches (244.8 cm) from the bottom of the washer. The drain must be installed in accordance with any applicable local codes and regulations. - Answer I have washed a queen size quilt in the washer without issues. However, a king comforter may not have quite enough space. I would still buy this washer and just use one of the very large washers at a laundromat for the comforter. This size is perfect for just two of us.

- Answer Based on the owner's manual, it specifically says to connect the water supply hoses to the HOT and COLD water faucets. Not sure if an On-demand hot water a system is feasible. I will escalate to our technical engineers for additional information and provide an updated response. Thank you.
