Ft. French Door Refrigerator - Stainless Steel, Model # LFC24770ST does not have a water filter, the other causes could be that the water supply line is kinked. If you have recently moved the refrigerator, check in the back to see if the water supply line is kinked, that will reduce the water pressure. While you're checking that, look to see that the water shutoff valve is opened fully. The other cause may be that your water pressure is too low. For the Ice Maker to produce the normal amount and size of ice, the water pressure must be between 20 and 120 psi. If you have a reverse osmosis water filtration system connected to your water supply, the pressure must be between 40 to 60 psi. make sure that your freezer compartment is set at -4°F ( that is the recommended temperature setting of the freezer compartment for normal ice production). If it is set at a warmer temperature, the ice production will occur at a slower rate. Opening the doors too frequently allows the cold air to escape and warm air to get into the refrigerator preventing it from maintaining the set temperature which can also affect the ice production. You can also try using the Ice Plus feature on the refrigerator's control panel. That feature operates the compressor continuously for three hours and that will increase ice production. before you activate that option, make sure that the freezer compartment is set at 0°F or colder. If the refrigerator is not properly leveled, the doors may not be aligned properly and as a result, that will allow cold air to escape and prevent the refrigerator from maintaining its' set temperature...^IFV
