QuestionGlide 'n Serve Drawer Has Gap When Closed - Normal?There is about a 1/4" gap on the top of the drawer when closed - is this by design or is it supposed to seal completely when closed?

- Answer The 1/4" gap on the top of the Glide 'N Serve Drawer when closed on your LG - 23.8 Cu. Ft. Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator in Stainless-Steel, Model # LDC24370ST is not normal. What can prevent the doors or drawers from fully closing when the refrigerator is finally pushed into its final position after assembly will be that it is not level. They are instructions in your owner's manual on how to rectify this, so if you are adept with tools, you should be able to correct this...^IFV

Questiondoes 62.75" depth with door open 90degrees include handle?

- Answer When the door is opened to 90* the handle is part of the width dimension, not the depth. However I was surprised to see how great the depth dimension is. I guess I had thought that appliance depth was somewhat "standard" based on a standard counter depth - but I was wrong. My new refrig. sticks out more than my old one did. Then you have to leave a little allowance for a water supply line or gas line for a range to coil up behind the appliance - so add a little to whatever the mfg. specs. - and MEASURE unlike me...

- Answer Supposedly Whirlpool. But, not really. They dispatch to a third party whom is very unreliable here and Whirlpool doesn't follow up to make sure the problem has been taken care of. I bought mine from Best Buy who sends you to Whirlpool who sends you to an area service person.

QuestionFridge arrived but I want to reverse the hinges. HOW?My fridge arrived 06/08/2015 but the delivery people told me i needed a kit to reverse the door. I schedule for the guys to reverse the door. Delivery company came today (06/11/2015), different guys than those that deliver the fridge. They ask me that i should have received the kit with the Fridge. So they told me to schedule yet another appointment with them. Very frustrating to have a fridge that opens to a window. I bought the LG fridge online but there was no place for me to tell them that I wanted the fridge door to open to the other side. home depot has checkboxes where you can simple click. but not best buy. ALSO I just got one from Best Buy and the consumption $ is different (the yellow sticker). my fridge had the same model with a /01 at the end. Stated $73 Annual Electricity Consumption rating (not $50 as advertised on best buy)

- Answer So I wanted my door to hinge different than how it came. The day it was delivered the "setup guy" who delivered it went ahead and reversed the door for me. They should have done it for you on delivery... There is no need for a "kit". They are pulling your chain. As for the yellow consumption sticker. They yellow sticker is the approved consumption of the product as per the regulation... So, if Best Buy advertised it as a different consumption.. They will probably claim it as a " mis-print" but it is only as good as the yellow sticker. If you are really unhappy you can complain to Best buy and see if they can do something for you.
