There is no way that a service tech could miss the water valve on the back of the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 23.8 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator with Ice Maker - Smooth White, Model # LTCS24223W. The only things on the back are the power cord and the water line that runs along the right side of the refrigerator from the bottom right corner where the water valve for the refrigerator is located to the top right corner where it connects to the Ice Maker in the freezer compartment...^IFV
