Are both racks easily removable? null

Yes, both the top and bottom drawers pull out easily. The top drawer stays in place unless you actively lift up on it to release it from the rails. While the bottom drawer just stays in place and you can pull straight out under the lid of the dishwasher.

Bottom rack removes easily. Top rack is easily adjustable, not as easy to remove completely as the bottom.
