Q: QuestionIs there a certain thing that needs to be done in order to start this dishwasher? We hooked it up, loaded it, put it on the wash settings, put the rinse and detergent into it, and pushed start. We keep getting an IE error.

Q: QuestionI recently bought and got this installed. I did my first wash last night & noticed it did not clean cups in the middle rack well at all and some food were also still stuck on plates. I set it to normal cycle ... Is there something I'm missing here?

• A:Answer You have to be sure the rack is pushed onto the water inlet on the back wall. You have to actually push the rack until it snaps into place. Otherwise, no, it won't clean.

• A:Answer No. It was shipped with the adjustment feet as tight to the dishwasher as possible, I assume to allow it to slip into the cavity as easily as possible. My cabinet’s cavity is exactly 34” high. After leveling the dishwasher inside the cavity, its top is only 7/16” from the underside of the countertop.
