You may have to have the drawer inspected by a qualified LG Authorized Service technician to determine what is causing it to fall off its tracks. It is recommended that you connect the dishwasher to a hot water supply with a temperature range between 120°F (49℃) and 149°F (65℃). This temperature range provides the best washing results and shortest cycle time. To prevent damage to dishes, the temperature should not exceed 149°F (65℃)...^Ivan.

The dishwasher has a depth of 24.625" (that includes the handle) as measured from the back to the handle and it is designed for installation in standard base kitchen cabinets that have a depth of 24". Only the handle will protrude in front of the face of your base kitchen cabinets after installation. A template is included that you can use to determine the clearance on the side of the cabinet where the cabinet meets the back wall to allow for proper clearance of plumbing and electrical connections...^Ivan.
