I think the issue is probably the same. AE error. We had a local repair shop come over, who estimated the fix cost being higher than the purchase price of the product. Pacific Sales warranty is a nightmare to deal with (we are in the 4th week of negotiation). Not sure what to tell you except I am sorry. Should stay away from LG dishwashers and the extended warranty is not recommended.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. What is the error? Have you called LG to ask what the error means? I had an error on my LG washer and Googled it. The problem was low water flow due to hard water from our well and a clogged filter. So I would start with finding out what the error means and then work your way from there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine never worked either. Don't buy this dishwasher!!,
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. How long have you owned this unit when you reported issue, are you still covered by any warranty? Did you call Best Buy to report the code issues and unit not working? My suggestion for a quick repair, Call the company customer service again, have the facts on time and issue. Good luck
