Regrettably, LG does not make any Side-by-Side refrigerators that have a depth that does not exceed 26" and we do not have any French 3-Door Counter-Depth Refrigerators or French 4-Door Counter-Depth Refrigerators that have a depth that does not exceed 26". LG does not do custom orders...^Ivan

  • QuestionWhat is the craft ice stops making ice? What are some of the things we need to check on?

    • Answer Hi Dana, making craft ice is an important feature of this fridge! We certainly understand how it not working can bring a hurdle to your lifestyle! No worries, the first thing you would check on is the power switch on the icemaker. You would make sure it's on the 'ON' Position. If it's off, turn it on and wait 18-30 hours for the first batch of ice to be produced. (It may take from 24 to 48 hours to see the first batch of craft ice.) If the the icemaker is turned on, but is not producing ice, reset the icemaker- turn the power switch on the icemaker 'OFF', then back 'ON'. If the icemaker is still not producing ice, feel free to reach out to us via Facebook (@LGUSA) or Twitter (@LGUSSupport) for assistance.
