It’s better than the Stainless Steel that came out years ago. It shows smudges, but it only shows smudges if you have like grease or something like that on your hands. The black stainless steel is a little better with smudges than the regular stainless steel but the black matte is definitely smudge proof - I trialed it at the store, it’s amazing.
