QuestionEvery time I get ice cubes I have to make sure I open the door and access the collection bin bc the cubes tend to jam up at the top on either the left or right side and then the tray doesn't dump additional cubes. Any suggestions?

QuestionBoth freezer doors close as soon as you open them. The refrigerator is level, is there a way to keep the doors open such as an adjustment? When I have it opened I have to hold it with one hand to keep it from closing while I'm getting something out.

- Answer Yes, I used my iPhone for setup and to access the refrigerator with LG’s SmartThinQ app.. . If I remember correctly, you connect your iphone to the refrigerators WiFi, then with the LG app, you basically tell the refrigerator how to connect to your home router(Your routers broadcast name and password).
