• yes same thing, the "W" is for white and this particular model only comes on white color, its predecessor is the LG27UD68P or P-B looks the same but it comes on black color. the LG27UD69P-W has a few new features and slightly better picture than his predecessor but overall both are good monitors at 5ms response time at 4k I use it for my PS4-PRO and Horizon zero dawn and Battlefront II both looks amazing.

• To the best of my knowledge the p and p-w are the same monitor. I have the p-w and love it, worth the money. I use it everyday and love the image.

• The W just stands for the color of the monitor. White in this case white stand/trimming backing etc.
