- Answer You are right. It did say it is Smart, but as far as I can tell from the owners manual, it is a dumb TV.

QuestionJust bought one of these, 2 questions, how do you shut off the set up prompt voice for almost any button you press, and Cant get a full screen, just 4 black borders and a sharp picture, can zoom it to fill the screen, but lose sharpness.

- Answer The only question I have is how to shut off the TV talking to me way too loud every time I press a button on the remote. How do you turn that voice off? I have no problems with the picture. I just used the different buttons to get the best picture in color, contract, sharpness, etc., which was easy once you find a person to adjust the color on. Once you have the color proper on one person the way you want it, then the color for everything falls into place.

- Answer I'm able to get Netflix on my LG 28 but it must be coming from my cable provider; XFinitiy. It looks the same as it does when I log in on my PC btw.
