“Does this unit emit A LOT of heat from under the display? I just got this oven and it seems to emit a lot of heat from what looks like a vent beneath the display. It seems odd that it gives off so much heat that I cant even touch that 1 inch wide section of stainless steel directly below the display. Can anyone confirm if their unit does the same?”

Ours gets so hot that our 5 year old maple cabinet next to the oven has cracked! Geek squad said this is common. I say baloney. We can't even use the control panel without a hot mitt!! We are trying to exchange ours, it has multiple issues, and we are extremely unhappy campers.
