QuestionI have purchased 3 different HDMI cables to hook to a Spectrum cable box. None of them fit this TV!! Is there something going on here I need to know about?? This is very frustrating!

- Answer You might need to exchange it. We dont have Spectrum anymore cause we ‘cut the cord’. But we have the Xbox one and amazon fire stick with hdmi cables hooked up to our tv and there is no problem with the hdmi cables. And sometimes we unplug one of those to hook up the ninetendo. Each one has their own hdmi cable. And have had no problems with any of them.

- Answer Yes. The LG 32" LED TV is compatible with Hulu, Netflix, Disney+ AKA hulu now. This tv does not require Roku, just plug in the internet and go. (Hope your not still on hold with LG lol)

- Answer The function that allows you to split the screen so you can watch two broadcasts or external inouts simultaneously on our TVs that support that function is called Multi-View. Regrettably, that function is only supported on higher tiered TVs and is not supported on the LG HD 720p Smart LED TV - 32" Class (31.5" Diag), Model # 32LJ550M...^IFV

QuestionI inherited some wireless headphones. I have the transmitter hooked to the Optical digital audio out port on this tv. So far I am only getting static in the headphones. Should they be able to work with this port? Any hints appreciated.

- Answer This was my question and I spoke to an LG rep today. Turns out this TV cannot accept RCA connections at all. You must have a direct line HDMI or Optical Digital connection. I had a converter from RCA to digital optical and this TV will not accept that. My only workaround is to connect the headphones to our DirecTv receiver. They will work with DirecTv but if we watch Prime or something else, they won't work. Wish we had understood this before we bought the tv. We do still own some VHS recordings and our VCR player won't work now either. Or our speakers. Something to consider if you are looking at this TV.

QuestionWhat is the height of the legs on stand? What is the warranty on this TV

- Answer The stand height is 1.5" and the warranty is a standard one year. If the stand height is too low, you can purchase wall-mount or adjustable tabletop stands.

- Answer It has Optical digital audio out and HDMI. RCA will NOT work with this, even with an adapter. We learned the hard way.
